If you need to transfer donations from one Profile to a new Profile, you will need\u00a0to delete the current Profile to free up the associated transactions. \u00a0Once this Profile has been deleted, you are free to associate the now unassigned donations to the new Profile:<\/p>\n<\/header>\n

1. \u00a0To delete a Profile click on \u201cProfiles\u201d at the very top of the page<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0Click on \u201cFind a Profile\u201d from the side menu<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0Enter the first OR last name for the donor and hit ENTER (don\u2019t search by full name)<\/p>\n

4. \u00a0Click the red X next to the Profile you need to delete<\/p>\n

5. \u00a0If you have not already, create the new Profile. \u00a0Click [Add a Profile] from the side menu to create your new Profile.<\/p>\n

6. \u00a0Once your new Profile is created, click on the [Donations] tab and find the Unassigned Donations for your donor. This article<\/a>\u00a0will walk you through assigning donations to your new Profile.<\/p>\n
