Donations\u00a0can be assigned to a Profile by accessing the Donor\u2019s Profile and looking under the Donations tab. \u00a0From here you can \u201cFind Unassigned Donations\u201d and the assign those donations to the donor\u2019s Profile.<\/p>\n
To get started, search for the donor\u2019s Profile:<\/p>\n
1. Click on \u201cProfiles\u201d at the very top of the page<\/p>\n
2. Click on \u201cFind a Profile\u201d from the side menu<\/p>\n
3. \u00a0Enter the first OR last name for the donor<\/p>\n
4. \u00a0Click on the pencil icon next to the donor\u2019s Profile<\/p>\n
5. \u00a0Click on the Donations tab within their Profile<\/p>\n
6. Click on \u201cFind Unassigned Donations\u201d<\/p>\n
7. You\u2019ll now be able to search by the first letter of their first name, followed by their last name. \u00a0You have the option of including email address if needed.<\/p>\n
8. \u00a0After you click [Search] you\u2019ll see a list of potential unassigned donations. \u00a0If the results are blank, you can refine your search and try again.<\/p>\n
9. \u00a0To assign\u00a0a \u201cPotential Donation\u201d to a Profile check the box in the \u201cApply\u201d column next to each potential donation. \u00a0If all potential donations are valid you can click the \u201cCheck All\u201d link next to the [Add] button.<\/p>\n
10. \u00a0Once all potential donations have been checked, click the [Add] button to assign these donations to this donor\u2019s Profile.<\/p>\n
11. \u00a0These donations are now visible to the donor in their Profile.<\/p>\n
