{"id":115,"date":"2014-05-16T01:43:41","date_gmt":"2014-05-16T01:43:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cashlinqsupport.com\/helpdesk\/?p=115"},"modified":"2014-05-16T01:43:41","modified_gmt":"2014-05-16T01:43:41","slug":"how-do-i-add-a-profile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/?p=115","title":{"rendered":"How do I add a Profile?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To create a new Profile for a donor, click Profiles from the top menu and select \u2018Add a Profile\u2019 from the left-side menu.\u00a0 A Profile requires a minimum of one address, one email (which will also be used to log in), and one phone number.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>+ Add an Address:\u00a0 Click to add a billing or mailing address to the Profile.<\/p>\n<p>+ Add an Email:\u00a0 Click to add an email address to the Profile.<\/p>\n<p>+ Add a Phone:\u00a0 Click to add a phone number to the Profile.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Before you [Add] the newly created profile, you can choose to email the donor with a randomly generated password.\u00a0 You can also set the initial passoword by clicking the \u201cKey\u201d (Reset Password) action icon from the Recent Profiles table on the Profiles Home page.\u00a0 When you reset a password for a Profile, you set the new password.\u00a0 Password must contain at least one uppercase letter (A-Z), one lowercase letter (a-z), a number (0-9), and be between 6 and 50 characters in length.\u00a0 We suggest that you encourage the donor to update the password once they log in.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">\u00a0Other terms: add a donor?
