{"id":134,"date":"2014-05-16T01:58:36","date_gmt":"2014-05-16T01:58:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cashlinqsupport.com\/helpdesk\/?p=134"},"modified":"2014-05-16T01:58:36","modified_gmt":"2014-05-16T01:58:36","slug":"event-settings-overview-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/?p=134","title":{"rendered":"Event Settings Overview"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This section appears for EventQ only.\u00a0 These settings are used in the Event Builder to designate Event Types, Coordinators, and Locations that can later be used as reporting filters for Events.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Event Types<\/h3>\n<p>Manage existing or create new Event Types that can be used to organize your Events in EventQ reporting.\u00a0 Event Types are used as reporting filters to group transactions.\u00a0 Some examples are Concert, Golf Tournament, Family Camp, etc.\u00a0 You can edit or delete an existing Event Type using the Actions icons in the table.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To create a new Event Type, just select + Add New Type, enter a name and description, and click [Add] to save it in the list.\u00a0 The new type will then be available in the Event builder.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Coordinators<\/h3>\n<p>Manage existing or create new Event Coordinators for your Events in EventQ.\u00a0 Event Coordinators are the main contacts for an Event.\u00a0 They are the &#8220;Contact Us&#8221;
