There are always staffing changes to consider, maybe your branding has changed and you are working with a new logo; either way, you&#8217;ll want to be sure it is still current.<\/p>\n<p>Below are three areas you should review on your account &#8211; once a quarter is not a bad idea just to be sure your information is current:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is Your Donor Relations Contact Still Current?<br \/>\n<\/strong>This is an important component to review in your Communication settings: Admin&gt; Communications&gt; Donor Relations Contact. \u00a0Your Donor Relations Contact\u00a0is used with your email\u00a0receipts and identifies those receipts as originating from your organization. \u00a0Take a moment to review and complete\/update your Donor Relations Contact if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Are you Qsuite Users Current?<br \/>\n<\/strong>If you have access to \u201cManage Users\u201d we recommend taking a moment to review\u00a0your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/?p=37\" target=\"_blank\">Users<\/a><\/span><\/span>.\u00a0 If you\u2019ve had any staff changes as of late, you will want to make sure those changes are reflected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have colleagues using the Qsuite who do not have their own User account (AKA: Sharing\u00a0Logins), now is the time to create a User of their own.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Are there Users listed who are no longer with your organization?\u00a0 Remember you can access you Qsuite account anywhere you have an Internet connection.\u00a0 Now is the time to delete those\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">users who are no longer with your organization or who no longer need access, so they can no longer access to your Qsuite account.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">How do your Giving Pages look? \u00a0Do they match your website?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nWhen is the last time you looked at your Giving Page on your website?\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">If it\u2019s been awhile, go take a look. \u00a0How does your Giving Page look in comparison to your organization\u2019s\u00a0website?\u00a0 If you decide you need to spruce up your Giving Page a bit, consider hoping over to the Qsuite Help Desk and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/?p=60\" target=\"_blank\">reading this overview<\/a><\/span><\/span> of your Giving Page.\u00a0 It can help you understand the tools available to better match your organization\u2019s website.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Whether you need to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/?p=58\" target=\"_blank\">update your header image<\/a><\/span><\/span>, or better match the look-and-feel of your website, we are here to help.\u00a0 If you would like our assistance, just let us know.\u00a0 We\u2019ll dispatch a member of our Customer Engagement team\u00a0to contact you and then work their magic on your Giving Page.\u00a0 As always, our support is free of charge.\u00a0 Let us know how we can better serve you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We recommend you\u00a0review your account&#8217;s settings once a quarter just to be sure your settings are\u00a0current.
