{"id":1523,"date":"2014-10-08T09:12:24","date_gmt":"2014-10-08T16:12:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/?p=1523"},"modified":"2014-10-08T09:12:24","modified_gmt":"2014-10-08T16:12:24","slug":"getting-started-with-eventq","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/?p=1523","title":{"rendered":"Getting Started with EventQ"},"content":{"rendered":"<header>\n<p class=\"entry-title\"><strong>Your EventQ\u00a0account is ready!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>This article will walk you through going-live with your EventQ\u00a0account. \u00a0If you have any questions along the way you can always reach out to us through \u201cContact Us\u201d at the top of the page. \u00a0We\u2019re here to help so just let us know.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Login to Your Qsuite:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First, login to the Qsuite <a href=\"https:\/\/secure-q.net\/Logon\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>\u00a0and save the Qsuite login page to your Favorites for easy access.<\/li>\n<li>Login using the credentials provided in your Welcome Email.<\/li>\n<li>Now that you have logged in, you need to create a password of your own. To use the Help Desk just type your question (i.e. How do I add a Registrant?).<\/li>\n<li>Training Webinars: We realize that many of us are visual learners, so we hope the \u201cEventQ Training Webinar\u201d will be a help to you. This video will walk you through the EventQ product from beginning to end. The video is indexed to allow you to jump to any section using the bookmarks just to the left.<\/li>\n<li>Qsuite Users Guide: a detailed manual providing explanation of each part of the Qsuite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Creating New Users:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each person accessing the Qsuite will need their own login. \u00a0For security reasons, please do not share logins. \u00a0For steps on how to create new Qsuite users, please visit this article: <a href=\"http:\/\/cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/?p=38\" target=\"_blank\">User Management<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Have any questions?<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen questions come up check the <a href=\"http:\/\/cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Help Desk<\/a> for a quick answer to your question.
