resubmit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QC02- Incorrect Routing Number<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reason: <\/strong>The routing number has been changed by the bank, and the old one can no longer be submitted for processing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to do:<\/strong> Have the account holder contact their bank for the updated payment information and resubmit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QC03- Incorrect Routing Number and Account Number<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reason: <\/strong>Both the account and routing numbers have been updated by the bank, and the old information can no longer be submitted for processing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to do:<\/strong> Have the account holder contact their bank for the updated payment information and resubmit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QC05- Incorrect Transaction Code (Checking\/Savings)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reason: <\/strong>The account number has been updated at the bank and the transaction was sent as the wrong account type (as a checking instead of savings or savings instead of checking).<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to do:<\/strong> Change the account code from checking to savings or vise versa and resubmit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QC06- Incorrect Account Number and Transaction Code<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reason: <\/strong>The account number has been updated at the bank and the transaction was sent as the wrong account type (as a checking instead of savings or savings instead of checking).<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to do:<\/strong> Have the account holder contact their bank for the updated payment information and resubmit using the correct transaction code (checking instead of savings or savings instead of checking).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QC07- Incorrect Routing
