(If you do not see this option your User does not have the necessary permissions.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\">You are now looking at a list of your current Qsuite Users:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/UserPassword.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-712\" src=\"https:\/\/cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/UserPassword-300x112.jpg\" alt=\"UserPassword\" width=\"300\" height=\"112\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\">The Action icons to the right of each of your Users provide the ability to\u00a0unlock\u00a0a Users account or\u00a0reset\u00a0their password:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the &#8220;padlock&#8221; icon (mousing over this icon will show &#8220;Unlock Account&#8221;)\u00a0to\u00a0reset that User&#8217;s login attempts and will allow them to try to login again. \u00a0This can be helpful as It allows them to try again without needing to create a new password.<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;key&#8221; icon (mousing over this icon will show &#8220;Reset Password&#8221;)\u00a0to\u00a0create a new password for this User.
