To update a donor\u2019s stored Accounts\u00a0you will first need to search for the Profile:<\/p>\n

1. \u00a0Click on \u201cProfiles\u201d at the top of the screen<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0Click on \u201cFind a Profile\u201d on the left-hand side menu<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0Enter the First OR<\/em> Last name of the donor and hit ENTER<\/p>\n

4. \u00a0Click the pencil icon next to the donor\u2019s Profile you need to edit:<\/p>\n

5. \u00a0Click on the \u201cAccounts\u201d tab within their Profile<\/p>\n

6. \u00a0From here you can add the new Account. \u00a0Click on either \u201cAdd\u00a0Debit\/Credit\u00a0Card\u201d or \u201cAdd eCheck\u201d<\/p>\n

7. \u00a0Enter the new account information and save your changes.<\/p>\n

8. \u00a0Now that you have entered a\u00a0new account, if you need to remove a\u00a0stored account you may do so by clicking the red \u201cX\u201d next to the account you want to remove:<\/p>\n
