Here are the step to Edit\u00a0a Transaction:<\/p>\n

1. Click on \u201cTransactions\u201d at the top of your Qsuite<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0Search for the donor\u2019s Transaction Schedule by last and\/or first name<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0Click the pencil icon next to the Transaction Schedule you\u00a0need to edit which is in a “Pending” status<\/p>\n

(If the item you were hoping to edit shows a “Complete” this means the Transaction Schedule has been fulfilled and\u00a0the recurring transaction has been\u00a0completed. \u00a0In this case, you would want to [Copy]<\/a><\/span> the completed Transaction Schedule to create a new recurring gift. \u00a0Once you copy you can make any of the\u00a0edits you may have for this new gift.)<\/p>\n

4. \u00a0Click the [Edit] button to make your changes<\/p>\n

5. \u00a0Make any\u00a0changes needed (i.e. update amount, [Add New] Payment Method, change the $ amount or designation, etc\u2026)<\/p>\n

6. \u00a0Review your transaction information for accuracy, confirm your information, and [Submit]<\/p>\n
