{"id":96,"date":"2014-05-16T01:35:17","date_gmt":"2014-05-16T08:35:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cashlinqsupport.com\/helpdesk\/?p=96"},"modified":"2014-05-16T01:35:17","modified_gmt":"2014-05-16T08:35:17","slug":"how-do-i-reprocess-a-failed-donation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cashlinqhelpdesk.com\/?p=96","title":{"rendered":"How do I reprocess a failed donation?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can take any Transaction Schedule and copy it to create\u00a0a new transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few instances where copying a transaction might be helpful:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>donor calls and asks to make an donation \u2013 they have given in the past<\/li>\n<li>donor gives monthly but calls to make an additional one-time donation<\/li>\n<li>donor\u2019s transaction failed but is now ready to make-up the failed transaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In all of these instances locate the Transaction Schedule for the donor and Copy the Transaction Schedule to create\u00a0a new transaction. \u00a0If the donor wants to use the same form of payment it will not be necessary to request payment information as the payment information is securely stored\u00a0with the Transaction Schedule and will process against this payment method.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the step to Copy a Transaction:<\/p>\n<p>1.
