How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds process just like a Sale, except the funds are being debited from your account and returned back to the account holder.  Refunds will settle with the Processing Bank the night the refund is issued along with any other transactions for that day.  This means the account holder could see their funds as early as 2 business days after the refund has been processed (e.g., Refund was issued on Monday, donor could see it as early as Wednesday).  Keep in mind: some banks may take longer to post the credit – this is completely up to account holder’s bank.
